Valhalla Media and Marketing Privacy Policy

Valhalla holds all rights to media produced. All clients sign wavers and release forms that limit our liability. Media contracted for use by Valhalla can and will be used for marketing on websites, social platforms, photo contents, editorials and more. 

Valhalla is an event coverage company. Crowd capture is a business requirement. Clients and event participants all sign wavers regarding media coverage. If an individual wishes to not have their media used for marketing or primatial purposes, please reach out to our staff for a release form. 

Models are required to be over the age of 18. ID's will be verified. A portfolio will be built for each individual model and may include clothing size, weight, height, brief profile on habits like smoking and drinking to help us select the best model(s) for particular roles. 

Boudoir Sessions are open for individuals 21 and over. ID's will be verified. 

Valhalla offers exclusivity contracts, limiting conflicts of interest. Email Kay for further details.

All client information is held to the highest standards of privacy. Detailed contracts provide clarity and security for all sessions.
